On November 15, 2023, at approximately 6:43 p.m., police, fire and rescue personnel responded to the intersection of Three Notch Road and Pegg Road in Lexington Park, for the reported motor vehicle collision with injuries.
Crews arrived on the scene to find one vehicle overturned with all occupants out of the vehicles.
Emergency medical personnel obtained multiple care refusal forms on the scene and all fire and rescue personnel returned to service within 25 minutes.
Police are investigating the collision.
