On Sunday, July 21, 2024, at approximately 3:22 p.m., police responded to the area of the La Quinta Inn located at 22769 Three Notch Road in California, for the reported motor vehicle collision with no injuries.
Police arrived on the scene to find a GMC Yukon off the roadway and into multiple unoccupied parked vehicles.
No injuries were reported..
Deputies from the St. Mary’s County Sheriff’s Office responded to handle the crash report. It is unknown if any traffic citations were issues to the operator of the GMC SUV.
Preliminary investigation found the GMC SUV left the roadway for unknown reasons, traveled over the curb and onto the sidewalk before driving through multiple bushes before entering the motel parking lot and struck four unoccupied parked vehicles.
