Charles Dallas Biagi Jr., 39, of Charlotte Hall, is facing felony and misdemeanor assault charges following an alleged incident on March 24, 2026, according to court documents filed in St. Mary’s County District Court.
Biagi is charged with first-degree assault and second-degree assault in connection with the reported incident. Both charges stem from the same date, and court records indicate probable cause was established.
