Earlier this afternoon, April 11, 2026, patrol officers responded to the Smallwood Village Center in Waldorf for a reported shooting.
A preliminary investigation indicates two males were involved in an argument in the parking lot when both produced firearms and one or two shots were fired.
No injuries were reported.The suspects fled the scene but were apprehended by responding officers.
The investigation remains active and ongoing.
