On Sunday, April 12, at approximately 7:15 p.m., police, firefighters and emergency medical services responded to the area of the CVS Pharmacy on Great Mills Road and Susan Lane in Lexington Park, for the reported shots fired with possible gunshot victims.
Multiple 911 callers reported over 15 people in an active disturbance with shots fired.
Crews are currently on the scene with at least one adult male with a gunshot wound.
Maryland State Police Aviation Command Trooper 7 has been requested to launch and land nearby.
Great Mills Road currently has multiple lanes CLOSED for the active investigation.
Avoid the area and expect extended delays.
