Thomas V. Ferrall, 18, of Hollywood, is facing a felony theft charge after being accused of stealing property valued between $25,000 and $100,000, according to court documents filed in St. Mary’s County District Court.

According to the charging documents, the alleged theft occurred on or about March 2, 2026, on St. Johns Road in Hollywood. Authorities allege Ferrall took a large quantity of items, including cash, multiple bows and crossbows, a diamond ring, pool sticks, antique foreign money, credit cards, and keys, with a combined value exceeding $25,000.

The case stems from a complaint filed by Thomas Newton Ferrall IV, who told the court that “my son has lived here & stole numerous things from me.” The victim further stated that Ferrall “ran away & has came back & stole numerous things from me.”

In additional handwritten statements included in the application, the victim listed a wide range of missing items, including “crossbows… compound bows… scratched my bike… Men’s white gold 3 carat diamond ring… antique foreign money… stole all my credit cards… stole $15,000 in cash… green bear bow custom with green laser sighting… keys to my street bikes.”

The victim also alleged signs of forced entry, writing that the suspect “came back & steal them, he already broke the lock & door on the garage.”

In the same statement, the victim indicated there were only a small number of people who knew where the valuables were kept, stating, “Because there [are] only 2 people who know where all my expensive things are #1 my father… #2 him.”
