Roxcie Ann Kurtz passed away on March 18, 2026 at the age of 74. She was born on September 12, 1951, in Virginia to Carl Ernest Upchurch and Rebecca Ann Upchurch (Southard).
She is survived by her siblings Brady C. Upchurch, Ricky A. Upchurch, Crystal E. Naumoff and Jolene R. Upchurch, along with extended family.
