Waldorf Man Arrested Among 9 In Pennsylvania “Operation Wrong Place” Targeting Child Predators

May 20, 2026: Pennsylvania State Police recently concluded “Operation Wrong Place” a three-day undercover sting targeting individuals seeking to sexually exploit children online.

Police conducted the operation from May 15 to May 17, which utilized online ads to lure suspects to designated meeting spots where troopers made arrests.

Undercover troopers posted ads on a website called “Skip the Games.” State police said the site is “used to meet people, often for the purpose of getting together for sex,” according to affidavits.

Dauphin County District Attorney Chardo announced that nine men were arrested and face charges including unlawful contact with a minor and trafficking.

The nine arrested individuals were identified as the following.

  • Marvin Flores-Juarez age 33, of Waldorf, MD
  • Juan Martinez age 36, of Lykens, PA
  • Phillip Beamesderfer age 39, of Fredericksburg, PA
  • Louis Rodriguez-Aldaz age 48, of Hummelstown, PA
  • Aaron Flemming age 48, of Dillsburg, PA
  • Kevin Appleby age 53, of Harrisburg, PA
  • Andrew Smeltz age 54, of Lykens, PA
  • Jonathan Behney age 64, of Lebanon, PA
  • Kenneth Bretz age 73, of Harrisburg, PA
