Holy Cow Creamery officially opened its doors this week with a soft opening, welcoming community members eager to support the new local business.
As part of the opening day celebration, Holy Cow Creamery featured its special Opening Day Patriot Sundae, made with vanilla soft serve, blue raspberry cone dip, crumbled shortbread cookies, and festive red and blue sprinkles.
The business announced ahead of the opening that a few menu items would not be available due to supply delays, including chocolate soft serve, birthday cake dip, cotton candy crunch, vegan chocolate chip ice cream, and coated waffle cones. Holy Cow Creamery said the remaining supplies are expected to arrive later this week.
Following the first day, the business thanked the community for the strong turnout, support, and encouragement.
“Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for making Holy Cow Creamery’s first day so special,” the business shared. “We are truly overwhelmed by the love, support, encouragement, and everyone who came out to celebrate with us.”
Holy Cow Creamery acknowledged that opening day did not go as smoothly as hoped, but said the team is already reviewing the day, taking notes, and working to improve.
The business also encouraged anyone who did not have a completely satisfying experience to reach out through its Facebook page so they can address any concerns.
“Your feedback matters to us, and we want every visit to be one that leaves you smiling,” Holy Cow Creamery stated.
The team said the soft opening is only the beginning and looks forward to continuing to serve the community.
Holy Cow Creamery will celebrate its opening with a ribbon-cutting ceremony on June 9 at 3:30 p.m., in coordination with the Department of Economic Development.
