Jordan S White, 25, of Henderson, Texas
Jordan S White, 25, of Henderson, Texas, is facing misdemeanor charges in St. Mary’s County for violating an out-of-state protective order and violating a protective order after authorities said he repeatedly contacted a protected adult female victim on June 19, 2026.
According to charging documents filed in District Court for St. Mary’s County, a deputy with the St. Mary’s County Sheriff’s Office responded that day to the Dollar General on Three Notch Road in Lexington Park for a reported protective order violation. The adult female victim told deputies that White, described in the documents as her ex-boyfriend and the father of her child, had violated active protective orders from both Maryland and Washington.
The deputy wrote that the victim reported White had unlawfully entered her residence at Naval Air Station Patuxent River during the early morning hours of June 19, 2026. She said she was awakened by White, who told her to go downstairs, and alleged that he then assaulted her by striking her, squeezing her injured foot, and strangling her until she could not breathe. The deputy reported observing injuries consistent with strangulation, including scratches and finger marks on the victim’s neck.
The documents state that base police separately charged White with two counts of violating a protective order and one count of burglary before releasing him on citations and escorting him off the installation.
After White was removed from the base, the victim said she began receiving calls from a phone number she identified as White’s. Deputies wrote that at about 10:50 a.m., White called and also sent five text messages from the same number. The messages stated: “Hey pls call me asap,” “Im at Slim Chicken,” “U coming righ,” “Ruby,” and “Im at Ritas now ecan stay at Slims.”
Investigators said additional calls followed throughout the day, including one at about 1:36 p.m. while a deputy was with the victim. During that call, White allegedly asked the victim to pick him up and said he was waiting at Rita’s, referring to Rita’s Italian Ice & Frozen Custard on Three Notch Road in California.
Deputies said they confirmed White was the respondent in an active protective order issued through Kitsap County, Washington. The order, served on February 24, 2025, and active until February 24, 2027, stated: “Do not contact the protected person directly, indirectly, in person, or through others, by phone, mail, or electronic means, except for mailing or service of process of court documents through a third party or contact by the defendant’s lawyer.”
White was located at Rita’s and detained. Deputies reported that he had scratches on his face, which they said was consistent with the victim’s account that she scratched him to make him stop strangling her. After being advised of his rights, White allegedly acknowledged knowing about the protective order but claimed he was only trying to contact the victim about their child.
During a search of White’s duffel bag after his arrest, deputies said they found a served final protective order issued by the St. Mary’s County Circuit Court. That order, dated February 13, 2026, and active until February 13, 2027, stated: “Respondent shall not contact, attempt to contact, or harass, in person, by telephone, in writing, or by any other means, the protected person.”
White was transported to the St. Mary’s County Detention and Rehabilitation Center. The charge summary lists one misdemeanor count of violating an out-of-state order and one misdemeanor count of violating a protective order. The deputy’s narrative also states that probable cause existed for multiple violations based on repeated calls, text messages, and direct contact.
At his initial appearance on June 19, 2026, White waived an attorney for that hearing. He was released on a $10,000 unsecured personal bond and ordered not to contact, harass, intimidate, abuse, or threaten to abuse the adult female victim. A trial is scheduled for August 4, 2026, in St. Mary’s District Court.
