On Wednesday, July 22, 2026, at approximately 1:53 p.m., police, firefighters and emergency medical services responded to the area of Crain Highway and Holly Tree Lane in Waldorf, for the reported motor vehicle collision with one overturned.
Crews arrived on the scene to confirm a two vehicle collision with one vehicle on its side, with no entrapment.
EMS evaluated three patients and obtained care refusal forms from two of them.
A 20-year-old male was transported to the University of Maryland Capital Region Medical Center with non-life-threatening injuries.
EMS was later dispatched to return to the scene to evaluated the two patients who signed care refusal forms, and again, obtained two care refusal forms from the patients before returning to service.
