Leonardtown Elementary 2nd Annual Trunk or Treat on Friday, October 28, from 5:30 p.m., to 8:00 p.m., located at 22885 Duke Street in Leonardtown – Food for sale: – Cameron’s Smoothie Truck making waffles!! – Nicolletti’s Pizza truck – Lucky Dog Ice – Spinderellas Gourmet Cotton Candy – Hi Sugar Cookies!!

Real Life Church Trunk or Treat on Friday, October 28 from 6:00 p.m., to 8:00 p.m., located at 27399 Old Village Road in Mechanicsville – RAIN OR SHINE! We want to see your costumes, and we’ll have tons of trunks, fun, and oh–yeah–LOTS OF CANDY! There is NO CHARGE for admission and it’s a great opportunity for safe and family-friendly fun for kids and their families to have an incredible time together! Bring a friend (or a few!) and join us for one of the community’s biggest annual events.

Lexington Park Baptist Church Trunk or Treat on Saturday, October 29, from 5:00 p.m., to 7:00 p.m., located at 46855 South Shangri-La Drive in Lexington Park – Rain or shine event!

Girl Scouts Association 10’s Trunk or Treat on Saturday, October 29, from 2:00 p.m., to 5:00 p.m., located at 42455 Fairgrounds Road in Leonardtown – $2.00 per person, bring the whole family! Many trunks to visit and crafts for kids offered!

Patuxent River Naval Air Museum Trunk or Treat on Saturday, October 29, from 2:00 p.m., to 3:30 p.m., located at 22156 Three Notch Road in Lexington Park – Join us for a fun family-friendly Trick or Treating Event on our Flight Line. All kids under the age of 12 in costume will receive free admission, and all accompanying adults will receive a reduced rate of $7. Guests can begin arriving 30 minutes prior to the event and participate in interactive activities such as arts and crafts and science experiments. Then starting at 2 pm kids will have an hour and a half to Trick or Treat between a variety of different themed cars ranging from spooky graveyards to space themes. We hope to see you there!

SOMD Cars and Coffee Trunk or Treat on Sunday, October 30, from 8:00 a.m., to 11:00 a.m., located at the Laurel Glen Shopping Center, 45315 Alton Lane in California –

Rule #1 – PLEASE DRIVE SLOW AND RESPONSIBLY! We shouldn’t have to explain why but some people lack common sense. Please enter the parking lot slowly, drive through the parking lot slowly, and exit the parking lot slowly. If you act stupid at this event, you will likely caught on camera and reported to the proper authorities! Rule #2 – BE RESPONSIBLE OF OTHER PEOPLES PROPERTY! Ask before you touch! Rule #3 – Have great time all while checking out some awesome cars and meeting cool people! Rule #5 – Absolutely do NOT leave any trash in the parking area. Take your trash with you. If you are found leaving trash behind it will be report to the proper authorities. Rule #6 – ONE parking spot per vehicle. Do not double park your vehicle. If you are found doing this, you will be asked to correct it. If it is uncorrected you will be asked to leave the event. Rule #7 – There will be NO parking in front of a few stores for attendants of SOMD Cars & Coffee. Period. These spots will have cones located in front of them so they will easily be identified. Please respect our local business that support this event! If your vehicle is found in these spots, you will be asked to move it. If it is uncorrected you will be asked to leave.

Our Father’s House, Light Up the Night on Monday, October 31 from 6:00 p.m., to 8:00 p.m., located at 45020 Patuxent Beach Road in California – We will be celebrating Jesus together on the back lawn. The church is providing music, glowsticks, hot dogs, hot cocoa and cider, and a campfire! Costumes are welcome (no scary ones, please!). Bring your neighbors, friends, and chairs. In the event of rain, we will move indoors. Candy will be available for the children. Near the corner of Rt 235 & Rt 4!
